What is a Chatbot ? #
A chatbot is a tool that leverages AI and is based on scripts or machine learning to converse with customers on an application, website or messaging channel in a manner similar to a conversation with a human being.
Blockunity Chatbot Utilisation #
The two main focuses of our Chatbot are:
- Information about the Blockunity project and how to use the platform. Roadmap, whitepaper, advisors… You will receive clear answers and links to deepen the subject in question.
Examples :
- Definitions of terms related to the cryptosphere. Simply enter the term you want to understand.
Example :
Warning: There might be an easter egg hidden somewhere and the Chatbot might help you… The first one will get his reward…
Precisions #
In some cases, the term used can be both a word related to Blockunity and the cryptosphere.
If the answer is not what you expect:
- Add « def » when you want a definition.
- Add Blockunity when you want information about the app or project.
