- Open a new ticket while choosing a subject, then explain your request. You can get a copy of your message by email if you check the dedicated box.
- Your previous tickets are visible in “My Tickets”. Click on the ticket to follow up with the progress of your ticket. You can send us messages directly through this way, while ensuring the smooth follow-up of your issue.
The speed of response will obviously depend on the number of tickets to be processed. We will try to respond to your requests as quickly as possible.
